sometimes i find my biyfriend very attractive. Other times, i don't. When i don't, i see him as a different person. It's shallow but it's true. It has a negative impact on our relationship.is this common?

As in you dont like your boyfriend when he's not looking his best?

That's very shallow. In fact i love my girlfriend even more when she's just out of bed, no make up and hair a complete mess, cuz that the real her (and imho i think she's a slammin hotty either way :p)

I would think that's uncommon... but maybe that's just me.

Apparently its linked to your menstrual cycle.... looking for a different type of man at different times :)
Pretty interesting and definitely was like this with my ex

Obviously you can't help how you feel but that doesn't make it not shallow.

It's terrible. If he was the kind of guy who never made an effort and was always a slobbish mess then fine, he doesn't want to make an effort for her and of course it would affect their relationship. But nobody looks at their best all the time and I would consider it unusual that she couldn't get over that.

Again though that's just me, and I am in the minority here!
