    Hi all!!!!
Im a first time poster, long time lurker. As the title says i need advice on my squatting as i keep hitting a wall with the weight compared to my other lifts( deadlift, rows, bench etc).My bench and d/l have improved considerably in the last few months whilst my squat has not improved at all since feb.

    i am 15(16 in august).
currently squat 90kg (am currently on 2nd reset phase)
    bench 72.5kg
    d/l 120kg

    all advice is welcome

Do you have a video to check if your form is decent?

yeah, a video would really help, its probably a form issue

the most common squat errors are probably
    - breaking at the knees
    - hips rising too early
    - not pushing knees out

also, how do you train your squat, and your lower body?

Use fractional plates -0.25kgs and 0.5kgs to break thru the barrier-if your still making gains in other lifts i wouldnt worry tho-this is normal its when gains stop in all/most areas that your cycle is over and a rest is needed before building back up!

How about some jealousy?! If I had those numbers when I was 15.... ;)

Well done! Are you doing a program, Starting Strength? If so maybe its time to move on to Practical programming...

My gym only has plates that go as low as 1.25kg so everytime i try to increase the weight i have to increase my personal best by 2.5kg which is a ball breaker and a huge strain which affects the rest of my lifts

do not aim to improve all big lifts at same time. work on one more than the others for a few weeks and rotate.

Put up video please as at 15 they are massive numbers i would love to see on all your lifts.

This has been advised to me before but i am concerned that my other lifts would begin to lag behind and also i have tried this before and i have only been able to sustain it for a few weeks before burning out completely. I am currently on Billy starrs 5*5 programme so i dont think it would fit in well with the program...

Will do as soon as i get the videos next time i go to the gym and with that a bit of extra time to post them when im not busy
