NOTE: THIS IS NOT A JOB ADVERT. I'll advertise properly if/when day comes. Right now I'm just trying to get a feel for things...

I'm a database consultant (specialising pretty much exclusively in SQL Server and am considering hiring someone to help me cover the contracts that I currently have and new contracts that I am currently tendering for.)

MCITP (SQL2k5) which is a baseline qualification for this role and I'd be looking for somebody with decent .net development skills as well.

So... in the "current climate" would would a recent/new graduate's/maybe somebody with 2/3 years relevant IT experience's salary and conditions expectations be do you think? With and without MCITP (databases).

I've had a look at the usual jobsites but can't really find a something comparable

Just to be clear, its a genuine enquiry, I'm not a recruiter/cv harvester/work form home scammer etc. I'm just chasing more work than I can physically do myself and may need to expand a bit. Haven't really thought much past that point rght now...

    Thanks
    Kinch
