House Survey by City Council

    Hi i am in the process of selling my home to Limerick City Council , i am currently waiting on a Surveyor to call . Does anyone have any experience of dealing with them or what the surveyor will do any help appreciated

    They will want to know the size and condition of the property. So they'll measure it, poke about, posssibly move some furniture, have a look in the attic, etc. But do not let them remove any plaster or skirting boards or stuff like that.
