Confused on Reps, Sets and Weight!

    hey i've been doing this routine for a good few months now and have seen results from it.

    I was wondering what all you guys think of it? anyway of improving it? anything im doing wrong?

    I currently weigh just under 70kg and am 5"11, my aim is to put on mass and muscle. Not to sure what my bf % would be as i have never had it measured some on-line scale said it was 14% from just my height and weight measurements but i wouldnt really count that to be quite accurate!

    so heres my routine:

    Monday:

    Bench press 60kgx 10reps, 65kgx8, 67.5kgx6, 70kgx6ish
    (which kinda brings me to ask you guys for your advice, should i remain on 60kgx 10 reps or whatever i can manage to do for 10 reps for the 4sets or is what im doing better for putting on mass/muscle?) soz if stupid question! :o

    Inlcine bench or incline DB
    dips
    flys

    Squats again same sort of story: 85kgx 10, 95kgx8, 100kgx8, 110kgx6
    Lunges
    Calf raises


    Tuesday:

    Shoulder press- again i would start off pressing 50kgx10, 52.5kgx8, 55kgx6
    Lateral raises
    bent over lateral raises
    Upright Row
    Shrugs

    Wed:

    Cardio HIIT for 20 mins

    Thursday:

    Deadlifts 90kgx10, 100kgx8, 105kgx8, 110kgx6
    lat pulldowns
    bent over row
    barbell row

    Friday:

    barbell curl
    preacher curl
    hammer curl
    db curl

    tricep extention
    dips
    close grip bench
    machine pull downs

    Saturday and Sunday would maybe a bit of cardio or swimming.

    I have seen results from this but im just wondering what you guys thought about the routine and the way im going about doing my reps and sets on the bench press, sqauts, deadlifts and shoulder press etc.

    this site should get you into a better routine
    its set up by 2 irish fella's
    one was in vegas recently as floyd maywether's sparring partner but has recently come home after crackin one of floyds ribs ,
    no joke there .
    the other guy is a food science master mind of some sort lol
    it worked for me i was 6ft @ 96kg and after 5months got down to 75kgs
    and now i'm getting hievier now but no fat just muscle as wieght
