The Irish DTL team was picked over the weekend and I think this is a first - there are two brothers in it.
Jason and Lee Coffey, both from my neck of the woods have made it onto the team. Jason is no stranger to it having become the youngest ever winner of the British Open but this is younger brother, Lee's first time.
Well done to both of them and looking forward to the International & British Open weekend in Wales shortly.
Anyone that was at our (Dunderry Gun Club) shoot last year would have met both of them.

Not only did we have Meath men on the team, Lee Coffey cleaned up. He won High Gun of Ireland, High Gun over the two days and Highest Irish score for a new cap! He also won his class in the British Open and finished fourth in his class in the Sunday shoot.

Unfortunately Ireland overall didn't do too well - England won everything with Wales finishing second in everything.
