    Hi Guys,

I have an interview coming up for a retail position with Next, probably just a part time position but still am pretty happy because have been looking for a while for something for the summer.

Has anyone any experience in interviewing for these kind of fashion retail positions? Im pretty fashionable (i think) and was wondering should i wear shirt and slacks (with or without tie) or should i wear something dressy and fashionable?

Am used to working in banks etc so not too sure what approach to take when going for this position!

Wear something smart! Questions will surrond how do you priortise work in a team, difficult situation and how you overcame it. Number one tip make sure your enthustiastic and get over how you know retail has long hours and isn't about standing about looking pretty!!!

Went for a job with them a few year back, got the job but didnt take it, I wore a suit with an open shirt no tie. Basically mention how good you are working in teams but also posess the motivation and skills to work individually and always link to customer service and upselling/cross-selling!
