CAO Change of mind - Possible?

    Hi,

    Am just wondering if it is possible for a mature student applicant to submit a change of mind form to CAO?
    The closing date is 31st June for change of mind form but obviously if I submit a new application via the change of mind system the new colleges I am applying for will have to hold interviews.

    Will they do this or have they already decided on mature applicant numbers etc for their courses?
    Will I have to wait until next year to reapply to the courses I want die to the fact that interviews have already been held earlier in the year?
