Can't decide what to do about course!

This is consuming my every waking minute.
Been accepted to a local college course. It'll mean I can come home every day and will save money on rent and can hopefully finally afford a new car.
But a big part of me wants to leave town and study elsewhere. I don't have any friends left living in town and i'm so fed up with being in it! I think this would change if i went to college as I wouldn't be in town all day.
The deadline is looming and I can't stop thinking about courses. I'm heading to 30 and want to do the thing right this year. The course i've been already accepted to is of interest to me but it's the proximity to home that is tilting the balance. the other courses i am interested in is Arts in Galway (4 hours away from home) and in IT Tallaght (2 hours from home). I don't know what to do. I'm at the point of cracking up.

You will meet new people on whatever course you choose so being at home or away from home will not matter, financially the one close to home makes sense and in the present climate maybe its the best option .

Good luck with whatever choice you make.....

Have to agree with Meditraitor here. It just makes sense to do the local course. As they said, you'll meet people in any course you do. Plus, if you save money for a car, you'll be able to drive up to meet any friends that have moved away from your town.
