    [I have been using ebay for some time now. I recently tried to register to sell. they say my credit card is suspended. i can buy with it !!!! I cannot contact them to find out why the suspension.:mad: Tried all the email routes. no joy. any ideas out there :confused:

    Your post doesn't make a whole lot os sense there Paul. Log into eBay, go to Help and chose chat to virtual agent. That might get you somewhere.


    Thread split from this one as it's old and unnecessary.

    Agree they are terrible! Virtual agent and then email if you have further problems!

    Wouldn't it be paypal that you need to call in relation to your credit card?

    If you do need to talk to someone at ebay I personally think their live chat is the best method by far.

    But don't you pay ebay fees through paypal, which ebay owns?

    I'm not 100% certain but I thought I only had to set up my credit card on paypal, when opening an ebay seller account.

    You have to register a card with eBay if you want to sell, in order to verify your identity. They can charge the fees to this card.
