    climb the galtees on wednesday, great feeling when you get home. Take a lie in the next day and just enjoy the day off, have a few decent films rented, along with a box of pringles , a load of bars and a bottle of coke.

    Friday, drive somewhere cool ,go for a good long run , drive home , chill out, shower and then go on the piss with mates that night.
