    Hi
I have been told I have to go into North Cumberland St to make an appoinment to see a social welfare officer at a later date?
Does anyone know if I have to queue up for this or just go to the Information Desk?
I tried to ring them but they never seem to answer the phone .
    Thanks in advance

i had the same situation. i had to go at 9.30, wait there in the 1. floor, and then after 5 min they called my name. i was told to expect a inspector visit within 4 working days, could you tell me if that was also the case with you? what if you arent at home? thanks

No,wasnt told at all that a welfare officer would be visiting the house.that seems a bit strange to me
