Addicted to Nurofen Plus

i have being taking the above with about the last 3 weeks - two a day, and on and off before tat. i was afraid i was becoming addicted so now i havn't taken any with a few days. today and yesterday i feel totally strange - i can't explain it, kinda jumpy or something. is this from the nurofen does anyone know????
