Hi i know its a hard one to answer but do hernias tend to heal in time . I have one a while and think its because i put on a bit of weight since i stopped playing gaa. not sure if loosing the weight will get rid of it or is go to a doc and get an op the best way ? The thing is i try to do excercise but it gets a bit sore ..( nothing too bad to be fair) so it is stopping me from enjoying excercise but not enought to prevent me doing it....

Off to your doctor. People on here can't give you medical advice. Thread locked.
