private rehearsal space

    anybody know of a private rentable secure rehearsal space with facility
    to leave gear set up ,and anytime access?
    dublin south area. eg vacant building, office etc;

    any time , weekends or evenings or both, i have no idea budget wise?
    but was looking for an unused office or something or better??

    sounds a bit dear, and not very private or secure,
    ill put it to the lads and maybe arrange a rehearsal to check the place out;
