Too late to volunteer?

    Is it to late to volunteer abroad this summer. I am heading back to college in September so it would have to be in the next two months. I dont know anyone involved in volunteering abroad but I'd like to do something involving construction or similar. I'd prefer going with people who are a similar age too (early 20s).

    I had a quick look on volunteeringabroad.ie but I'd struggle to afford most of there projects.

    Hey. Im in the same boat as you. wouldnt mind doing some volunteer work (in construction) and im headin back to college in sept. giv me a shout if you find anything. im headin into the volunteer office in town now to see if theres anything going on.....

    This may be way too late but a place very dear to my heart the Vervet Monkey Foundation (www.vervet.za.org) were looking for people at the beginning of the summer to go out and help with their construction projects.

    I'm sure you were thinking of somewhere to help out with the aul humans, but it is a great organisation that needs help and is always inhabited by crazy people from all over the world in their early 20s (i can personally vouch for that!)

    If this isn't too late and you (or anyone else) would like more info just ask...
