Fight Night Round 4

I couldn't find the old thread but anyway, has anybody else played it? I bought it this morning and i have mixed feelings. While it looks fantastic and is designed really well, I have a few issues with the actual fighting.

Firstly, the boxers move as if the canvas is made of velcro. They seem to have put too much emphasis on inside fighting and completely forgot about anyone wanting to dance around the ring throwing the jab.

Secondly, punch output is way too high. Example, i had a 4 2-minute round fight where I threw something like 450 punches.

Lastly, maybe it's just me, but i hate the configuration of the hit stick. Push the stick directly right for a hook to the body and push it north-east for a jab. Somehow I can't consistently throw jabs without breaking rhythm with a mistimed hook.

The best feature is being able to download boxers in a matter of seconds and the create a boxer mode is very thorough.

    Anyone else played it?

you can change the config on the controlled to use buttons rather than the stick!

I'm getting more used to it now but it takes a lot of fiddling with the sliders to get the game to the speed and punch output you want.

is there an option to revert to Buttons in this one? I read there wasn't so that everyone online would be at the same level. Great game so far though. Improved on so many levels over the last game

I usually buy games play them a few times and then let'em catch the dust - but as the last FN was so bad I wont be investing.
