Same connections for the UPC digital+ box

Hi there Im thinking of switching broadband and UPC are offering a good package as I am already with them. Just wondering if I upgrade my upc to the digital+ then is it a case of the guy just plugging in a new box ie are the connections still the same as one might want to plug in a starview again :D
