Hi

Has anybody heard of this company , I bought tickets for an upcoming concert on line and have not recieved them yet . recieved my reciept in the post with an order no but no tickets . When I try to get onto their website it wont let me :mad:

Sounds like you've been duped. Never trust any website that sells concert tickets bar the official outlets such as ticketmaster.

true!! I Bought in December 08 two tickets for Blur's at Hyde Park which is the 3rd of July and despite having received the receipt of the payment (106 £ for the tickets + 16 VAT+ 20 shipping) months ago I haven't received any ticket and the gig is in 6 days. I wrote them straight away after I bought them and they replied promptly saying that the shipping of the receipt should reassure me -which it did for a while - but now they dont reply anymore to email or phonecalls and the website is disappeared... NEVER AGAIN...

I bought tickets to a Man Utd game last Novemeber from them, the game was the Chelsea game in January. A gift for my brother.

Anyhoo, tickets were never shipped and drove me nuts trying to track them down, to eventually learn that while they charge for international shipping, they don't actually ship outside the UK mainland. Awesome or what?

I gave them the address of the hotel my brother would be staying at and the tickets were delivered there the day before the match, talk about tight.

They're very bad for communication but they came through in the end. I have email addresses for the guys there and a different number to what's on their website if you want that.

Thats great if you could forward them on I will get onto them and see can they ship them to my aunt who lives in England . Hopefully I cna get the tickets sent there ...... Strange or what nice if they had mentioned that little fact when we were purchasing them.....

Where did you get the email address? If it's publicly listed somewhere, then go ahead and post.

You bought tickets from a tout, it's basically a scam, and there's nothing you can do.

I've also bought tickets for Bruce Springsteen off them and they still haven't arrived. Could I please get the contact details too??? Scary stuff but I'm hoping they'll come through in the end. Has anybody contacted them???

Perhaps you should contact your credit/debit card company and challenge the payment.

I too was duped. :eek: Bought Springsteen tickets back in Jan. Rang credit card company the other day after reading about these gangsters and they said to try and contact them first. Cant find any details for them. Does anybody have phone no or email address for them ??

As already said on the thread, the phone number is disconnected, and they don't answer the emails.

People, you bought tickets from a tout. Just because they have a website and take credit cards doesn't lend any legitimacy to their operation, they are still touts. You were had, you'll never get your tickets, and you'll not get your money back. Learn from the mistake, and move on.

Sorry to be a kill-joy, but that's basically it.

:mad: sorry but it is a scam. tel no is disconnected, emails bounce back and no such web site. there is a company who are legit but are a catering company. i left a message to contact me, which they did next morning saying that hundreds had phoned them. Its def a con. sorry to all that are in the same boat as me.. just want to say thanks to everyone for your advice.. cheers

I have tried and tried to contact these on the contacts provided but emails bouncing back and phone ringing out . Im afraid I have resided to just excepting that I have been conned and learnt a hard lesson ...... never again ! Thanks for all your help

Hi there. it is def scam site. My husband contacted credit card company who said try and get details, that was impossible so they did in the end credit his account with the amount spent on tickets. we are very wary now of ticket sites. My commisorations !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Am absolutely furious - bought 4 tickets and they've not arrived. They have a Glasshouse Street address in London...
