Problems with Ebay

    i have forgotten my password for ebay i am registered over 2 years & i have bought stuff off ot but now i can't change my password i answer all the security questions get a email to my account with a link to change my password which i click then i enter my userid but it doesnt recognise so i can't do anything with my account what the hell is going on

    when you say you've answered all the security questions, have you done the security step which involves them phoning you with a security code at the phone number you have registered with them?

    there is also live chat on ebay which may be able to help you, as well as a 'contact us' feature.

    there is also discussion boards on ebay which may be more useful to you, as there will be likely people who have experienced similar problems to yours.
