Pre-season Soccer Training

    anyone got any ideas on how best to set up a preseason soccer training program.i'm not due back for another 4/5 weeks yet but want to get abit of a head start.got this program a while back that i was thinking of using.it consists of 4 days in the gym(chest/legs/back/arms&shoulders) with HIIT,plyometrics ect thrown in after the weights.would this be suitable as a preseason workout.any info/opinions would be welcome.new to the board
