How to date?

Ok, my gf dumped me and the thought of me dating again is scary. Like really scary. I'm in my early 20's and I don't have a clue where to go or what to do. Without sounding full of my self, I'm intelligent, decent looking and I play sports quite a bit. My main problem is I'm shy with new people, but once I get to know them I can't stop talking to them... Anyway, I'm not going to say how me and my gf met as that would reveal to some people who I am. I don't want to ask my friends for advice as they're less successful then me in the meeting new women department and I've had a check online to see what the internet advices me to do, but it doesn't seem real... I hope I'm making sense....

Same problem myself so I have no advice, only moral support. Just keep on truckin'.;)

But tbh, read a book, or plan your life so you think you can, in the future, be proud of yourself and what you've done. The more time you spend fretting over this melodramaitic **** the less time you'll have doing the things that really make you happy. And women are only a part of that, only a supplement, the idea that one day, once you really start doing what you love in an original way then you'll find people doing those things as well just as you go, and one of them might be hot, or become more attractive sexually the more you get to know her, and then you've got someone to do the things you love with you, and you're sorted. I grow vegetables. I'm 22 and just finished college and I love cookin' and growing veg cos you can see (and taste) the end product, which is fulfilling. And guess how many women I've met doing this!

None, but **** it lifes too short. Honestly, when you're wrapped up in your own projects these things just cease to enter your head, and eventually you stumble across someone and thats great. But everythings a bonus, get my drift.:D

first of all dont look it as dating think of it more as having a few laughs, getting back your own life, doing the things you like, ie watching football with your mates and then going out and not having to text the missus,

ive been in a relationship for a few years now so the only advice i have goes back to my late teens, but the way we did it back in the day (haha lol just kidding, im not that old!) meet a girl, kiss her get her number ask her to the movies and then drinks/dinner, that way in the cinema you just get comfy sitting near each other and after you have something to start talking about, you just have to remember/put it in your head that women love confidence, see a girl you like, approach her before she gets too drunk, a lot of women used to have this "any guy chatting you up after 2am is drunk, had his night with the lads and now looking for a bit extra" so try early, keep smiling and try and relax, if you go up to a girl and she turns you down relax, plenty more out there who are looking for a guy to chat them up! if she is nasty and starts being a biatch (which some women are when a guy just wants to pick you up which i dont agree with, manners cost you nothing!) say excuse me i actually came over here as a favour cos my buddy likes your mate or something, make a joke and put her in her place and walk off,o and no offense but if you are stingy then you are going to hide that! not that you are but a lot of girls like guys to at least offer to pay, its very attractive, (personally i prefer the equality bit but..)

anywho regarding the clubs i would recommend the gaa or football or soccer, gets your body toned and a load of women love it! concentrate on developing your bro's side before you go for the women, you need your friends and you can never have too many, they open doors to social nights, increasing the possibilities of meeting their hot sisters or cousins lol

do what you love doing and be happy doing it and the women wil come to you, there are loads of women thinking the exact same thing as you! :D:D best of luck

ya don't really need to 'date' straight away.

go have fun with some mates (if it means sleeping around sure it's yer own business like) and dont over think it. :)
