    Ok so I got caught with another lad stealing milk from outside a spar when I was locked.

    I was arrested and put in a cell etc and I wasn't even sure if I would get a summons though. But apparently the guard has it in for me (is claiming I resisted arrest etc which I bloody well didn't) and the summons is on the way. I'm guessing the judge is going to believe the guard hands down over some idiot like me so...

    Now, I'm going to need a solicitor. What/who would be the best for this type of crime and what would be normal to end up paying them?

    Any info appreciated here cause I'm rightly screwed.
