    Hi,

There is a new online store just opened called www.craftyangels.ie and they seem to have a good range a card making supplies. They are also giving a free gift to the first 50 customers. Check them out.

    Hope this helps.

If heading to Dublin isnt too far you can get beautiful handmade paper in Daintree on Camden street and also some in the new Paperchase section in Arnotts. Theres also Inspiring ideas in the Blanchardstown Centre.

Hi - don't know of any shops near Navan but the places I have got stuff are caracraft.ie - on online store - Premier Arts & Craft Store in Bray and Greystones and The Art & Hobby shop - Dun Laoghaire and Dundrum

    Hi,
I've just started cardmaking also. Live in Galway and there are no craft shops so get some supplies from stationery shops, like pens, card, etc. It can be quite expensive so have started using ebay. There are loads to choose from there, no matter what you're into and much more affordable.
I've joined an online cardmaking club called make-handmade-cards.com where you can get printables and ideas.

Antonf - as you are in Galway there is a very good craft shop which I use from time to time called An Siopa Bui in Spiddal. I came across it by accident a few years ago. They also run workshops. In Dublin there are just a few I know of:

Inspiring Ideas, Blanchardstown - lots of craft stuff
Art & Hobby, various areas- lots of craft stuff
K & M Evans, Mary's Abbey, off Capel Street (limited-mainly art but worth a look)
Reads of Nassau Street - card

    Good luck.

Me and a friend took this up as a hobby a while back, havent done it in a while mind, the little bits can be expensive enough when your getting a few. I found art & hobby shop ok, but there's a shop in Blanchardstown (In the retail park beside the shopping centre, it's in the corner) I think it's called "What?" they always had nice stuff for scrapbooking / card making, if you find out when they are having a sale all the better, they sell off alot of stuff fairly cheap.

They sell stuff like this in Tommy's in blanchardstown shopping centre but it wouldnt be the same quality as the stuff in the craft shops... hope this helps

    Elizabeth ;)
