I'm just wondering if I'm wasting my time and I need a bit of advice.
I'm in my late 30's, divorced with 2 kids.
I am interested in this guy who I think is single - he keeps telling (twice anyway) me that he does'nt have a wife & kids - he has his own butcher's shop - which of course I frequent. I gave him my laser card one day to pay for meat and he was looking at it and moved his body right up next to mine to ask me what the initial for for first name was. He always give me a big smile and waves at me if I pass him in the car. He keeps asking me if I'm going out Saturday nite. My answer is always no cause I don't have a baby sitter.
Am I just imagining things cause I'm very attracted to him. What do yee think??

Based on what you said I'd say he has a thing for you.

Ask him to help you move something heavy? Have a bottle of wine already open?

Haha, that sounds so desperate housewives! :p I like it!

Yeah, it sounds like he's got a thing for you. Try asking him early in the week if he's going out on the weekend, casually like, and then see where the conversation leads! Then if it leads where you want it to do your best to find a babysitter.

had the same kind of situation with a cute carphone warehouse guy...flirting with him for months he seemed interested...he even asked if he could take my number down off the carphone computer. i gave him a big smile and said yea he could..he text me saying he was dying to talk to me for ages but then he stopped texting me altogether and when i passed the shop he gave me the coldest look ever...now he just completely ignores me :( i couldnt have said anything to offend him as he only asked me generic questions...men are strange
