Thought this would be a bit of a laugh! My highest finish today was 80 (S20, S20, D20) against no1! Hope this thread might be a hit!;)

no had a 167 a few times never have hit a 170 in all the years playing darts had a 148 earlier today to t20 t20 d14 and had 100 left and deciced to go 2 bulls missed the first hit 25 hit 25 wit my second then bull wit my third was off work today so playing a few hours

i had one attempt at a 170 about a month ago hit the two treble 20's then hit 25 aint came anywgere near/close to it since

Haven't hit a decent one in a week last one being 132 (Bull, T14, D20l)

Missed a pile in a game against my brother last night where D18 drove me mental. In 18 legs (won 11-7) I missed it for 156, 153, 144 (sickened after hitting the two T18's) and 108. Also missed 120 and 130 (on the bull).

Not to mention I failed to finish 36 about 10 times. My checkout % on D18 was about 3. wouldn't mind but I averaged 82 with my first 9 darts. Normally I love 18's when Im not hitting the 20's I'll always switch to 18's ahead of 19's for scoring.

I got a 100 checkout earlier against Daffy!:D But I missed a lot of big finishes some of them right on the wire!:(:D Funniest though is when I had 120 left, first dart T20, Second dart T20, I thougt it was a S20 then third dart I went for D20 and hit T20!!:D:( A 180 and it did not count!:(:(:D

He could be a decent player if he practised more, I don't know whether to convince him to play more as I don't like to be beaten by my younger brother!;):p You'll get plenty more of them, I'm sure about that D.T!:D

cheers mate, have been on for it loads of time's just bottle the double top. was on for a 170 there a little while ago, T20 T20 was just about to throw the last darts and the fella i was playing shouts:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad: hit the 6 instead. i was so close to decking him. told him to stay away from me for a while. i might have to take some advice from the managing your anger thread:D:D:D

Don't blame you D.T very bad order! I would flip!:mad::mad: I hate when I play my mates when I hit T20,T20 and when throwing my last dart for a possible 180 just before my last dart they say something and I normally end up hitting a D1 or some ridiculous score like that!:(:(

i was on the 170 checkout in my first match in the tournament i was playing in and got to the final

It was my second leg of my first match, had 221 left, went 20, 20, stopped and shot at 11 leaving the 170

i wasnt far off in either bull attempts for the 170, literally on the wire, im sure thats just more unlucky than composure, because since that run to the final ive found myself much more composed now, a few more good tournament runs and i'll be taking anything and everything out

I got to 2 finals in the last month (county trials) winning 1 and losing 1. Hit finishes of 101, 106, 120, 124, 136, 144, 148, 152, 161 during the 2 competitions, now a week later it's as if I've never played the game before

Yikes, thats a bit of a drop alright, might just be burnout, too much darts

thats certainly phenomenal darts though, any ton plus checkout is awesome darts

plus winning a county trial means your throwing quality

I was playing quality, played in 2 county trials, a total of 18 matches and lost just the 1, which was the final and only dropped 6 legs over the two competitions.

No not far off at all mate, hit the single 3 but it was just on the wire of the single bull, then going for the 161 i hit single bull, the dart seemed to be flying through the air in slow motion taught it was in and all:rolleyes:

If i were you mate id take a day or 2 off from throwing as the more you throw while in bad form the more of a hole you'll get yourself into
