Mobile Broadband pay as you go in Alanya Turkey

    Hi,

    Anyone know if it is possible to get a sim for top up broadband in Alanya Turkey going out there for 2 weeks and would like to have access to the web. I know sad ;-)

    ya, so its a few months later - but did you get sorted? Heading myself and would like the same!

    A side question to both of you, especially if you're travelling outside high season.
    How did you travel to Alanya, did start your journeyt from Ireland?

    hi - yes, started in Ireland.
    Go from Dub to Istanbul with Turkish Airlines, then transfer terminals and 1 hours flight to Antalya. Then 90 min private car pick up to Alanya. Are you travelling there?

    i flew direct from dublin to antalya last march with turkish airlines
    had to book it through budget travel though so not sure if the route is still operational
    there was talk of getting a direct service to mahmutlar too which is not too far from antalya
