What kind of training / sports are you interested in?

MMA, resistance training, jogging, walking, circuits, anything that involves an increase in the heart rate

If your going to join an MMA club (an excellent idea) I’d advise you look for some one there to train with (obviously you will be training with them for the MMA), most of the guys will have similar goals and regularly doing resistance training as well , it might be a little harder to find one that wants to go jogging but I am sure there will be a few. Boards has a MMA section (see link below) whack a thread up there asking about clubs in the area and if there is anyone that wants to join with you or current members that you could go along with .

    Hope this helps ;)

    Hi Sara,

We might be close to you, depending on where in Kildare you are. We've an MMA club (www.SpartanMMA.com) and a training facility (www.CrossFit.ie) in the one location in Tallaght. I'd say the community aspect of it would be a good one for you.

    Thanks all.

Sounds good Colm O Reilly, I see ye train kids there as well, my girl is 5, she has been doing Judo & groundwork with her dad for a while now, do ye take kids as young as that?

Yes we do. We've a few kids who train in our Clever Little Monkeys program while their parents work out. CLM train Mon/Wed from 5.30-6.15, and Saturday's from 11-12.

Normally I'd say if you want to schedule an intro, give me a call but I left my phone at home today (:o) so if you want to PM me your number I could give you a call tomorrow at a time that suits?
