Hi folks, just a quick question to see if anyone was ever in a similar situation. If a person falls behind on their electricity bill payments and makes an offer to the Board to catch up with these payments in insallments, as one is not in a position to clear the whole arrears in full, do they have the right to withdraw supply without notice, disgregarding one's effort to pay??

They should be reasonable and accept any reasonable proposal.

But ultimately they can cut you off.
