Any fitness heads in here involved in snow sports such as boarding or skiing?

    Just curious, Transform definitely looks like a good skiier, is anyone else here into skiing or boarding?

    And how did you find squats, deadlifts helping your leg strength and balance etc? I think squatting and deadlifting have given me a bit of a headstart in the skiing, 1.8km ski runs 8 - 10 times a day and minimal leg burn leads me to that conclusion.

    Definately helps.
    I've been skiing a bit and I don't have half the problems the rest of the lads (non gym goers) get from skiing.
