Short answer: You can't.

If you want a thread or post you have made deleted PM a mod of the forum in question and ask them to delete it for you. If it is a thread or post you have not made but think should be deleted use the report post funnction (click the little red triangle in the bottom left corner of the post) and fill in the reason why you think the post/thread is inappropriate.

Reporting a post does not guarantee a post or thread will be deleted however, that decision is made by the moderators of the forum in question.
