vidzone music feed error

    i have installed vidzone on my ps3 but everytime i try and start it up while its receiving the music feeds it then comes up error i must of tried it about 20times but everytime error just wondering if anyone can help...

    I'm getting the same problem.Emailed Sony so should get a reply in 2 or 3 months.

    I haven't had any problems with VidZone at all, could it be a NAT problem?

    They are also on twitter and seem to be very responsive to problems that users are having

    Anyone get their problems solved?

    They emailed me back asking a few different questions to try and find out what the problem is.Waiting for a reply.

    Lots of people having problems with the install apparently!

    Seems the latest update fixed a problem with Vidzone and some TVs. Try downloading it and it should work fine then.

    no its not a nat problm as its nat2 and never gets dissconnected dont no what it is i installed the new update and still same problem ye 2 r 3 months sounds right from sony mit be sorted before crimbo thn ye:p

    Yep you are right,I'm on NAT 2 and everything else works perfectly on pcs, xbox etc..Just Vidzone.

    As I said they emailed me and asked a few questions,but this wasn't ready to go live yet,
    Too many errors showing up for a lot of people.
    Got it working once(through magic?)and looks like a great service when it actually works!!

    i had the same problem but deleted it and redownloaded it and its been working fine ever since, worth a shot if you havent tried that already lol

    Hi,

    I found a fix for this problem but only if your on NTL broadband ireland.
    It requires you to downgrade your router firmware for some reason,
    I was trying everything to fix this for ages , firewall setting, nat settings etc.

    If anybody needs help doing this just let me know

    Vidzone now working for me 100%
