Can one sell on E-Bay without a credit card?

    I only have a laser and the Bank hadn't a clue about setting up a pay pal account. I'd appreciate any assistance.

    Get yourself a 3v Visa card - I have been using 3v to operate my eBay a/c for a couple of years now. Anybody can get a 3v card and you top them up with credit like a mobile phone see www.3v.ie :)

    You can withdraw from paypal to a bank account, and you can upload funds from a bank account (just set it up in your online banking). You don't need a credit card. Go to www.paypal.com. If you want a virtual credit card, try Entropay.com. They won't give you credit, but they will give you a virtual card, or even a real one if you want

    Yes but I cant sell using a 3v account can I?

    Thanks for details on paypal, I've tried registering for A.I.B. on line but for some technical reason some details not accepted, I'll try again later.

    But you need to register a credit card with eBay to become a seller. 3V, or one of the other pre-pay credit cards, should suffice.

    Setting up Paypal has nothing to do with your online banking, in fact it has nothing to do with the bank at all, so they will be of no help. You don't need online banking for Paypal, though it would be handier if you want to transfer money into your account. None of that is necessary if you are to be a seller.
