CycleSuperstore loyalty scheme

So, I was in CSS today and asked about the loyalty scheme. Apparently I was on it already, and when they scan products a variable discount* gets applied automatically.

I generally close my eyes and sing to myself at the paying stage, so I must have missed the differential between sticker price and what I paid.

It seems to make a difference. Today I got some Assos FI Uno bib shorts @ €114.95 (website says €124.95, CRC is €123.73).

I have no idea whether it's possible to use the loyalty scheme with web purchases, but given the legendarily poor accuracy of stock info on the website I wouldn't buy from them online anyway.

    * based on what is hard to say, they said it just varies between different product lines

Yes it is possible to use it with web purchases, you need to log in, with the number on your loyalty fob

Although, I got those same shorts in the gift box edition complete with mini chamois cream and wash bag for 109 in Worldwide Cycles a couple of months back.

Brilliant shorts, even better than the old Uno's that I have.

Yes, the shorts felt better than the (more expensive) Mille version I tried on; the thinner lycra fitted better around the leg grippers, which were a bit saggy on the Mille even in medium (I'm 6ft). I didn't try the (absurdly expensive) F1.13s, just in case they were brilliant.

I think the accessories are standard, but thanks for the WWC tip, didn't check with them.
