I have two tyres of 700x23: Continental Ultra Gatorskin and Continental Grand Prix 4000. Which one should I put on the front wheel and which on the back?

The GP4000 claim to be long lasting so maybe should be on the back.

I will be using the bike on Ring of Kerry cycle and weekly turbo trainer sessions. And some duathlons.

The 4000 also promises more grip .. and for this reason I would put it on the front ... :) ..

In this case, I think you should stick up a poll ... I reckon its going to be a pretty close thing.

My guess is you'll trash any normal tyre on a turbo. Use a second wheel and old tyres / turbo specific tyre would be better.
As to the other choice no idea not used either use maxxis re-fuse myself
