I'm assuming the histograms displayed are completely independent of your monitor? So exposure should be correct even if the monitor is very light or dark?

I *really* need to get a spider...

They are expensive bits of kit though. I take my laptop to my local fujifilm shop and they callibrate my screen every month for me, no charge. So all my images I have printed are the same on their monitors.

You could try this for the time being?

^^^ That's very nice of them indeed. I imagine you get a fair bit printed with them though. Enough to be a regular at least.

    And a 10% discount... :)

They are decent people and I direct as much business as I can to their outlet also.

dont think my question is worth a thread of its own so sorry for the thread hi-jack,

I just got lightroom and I'm wondering is there a way to add my name to the bottom right corner of my photographs as water mark or copyright type logo

Search the forum for watermark key word. There were at least two threads on this topic in last six months.

Spyder arrived into the boot of my car. Installation will happen later to test how it solves issue of two screens attached to a laptop.

I did ask this before in a previous thread but would anyone have a spare bit that I'm missing - or even a loan of one?

I'll return it intact - promise - I'll even tell you where you can get 250 business cards printed for FREE!

As said above, I have Spyder 2 now, just PM me for contact details. I won't use it more than once a month (I hope).
