As some of you know I'm flying back home at the end of July for a mate's wedding.
I'm looking for a Kiwi wedding gift. Not something tack like the crap in the souviner shops. But something good.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks

Does flying back home mean you are in NZ flying to Ireland or in Ireland flying to NZ? If in NZ returning to Ireland for a wedding I have done the ponamu thing before and it went down well. If they are into unusual and funky things then you could get them a Tapa wall hanging, from Otara markets in Auckland is a great place. Also http://www.kilsby.co.nz/ in Auckland sells cool stuff for your wall.
