    Got this prescribed to calm me down on my flight on Sunday. I was told to take it 24 hours beforehand and I'm just wondering will it not kick in until the next day or will I be falling asleep all day tomorrow? It's a 4mg dose.

    I was really stressed while in with the doctor and so forgot to ask him some important questions. Also never asked will it interfere with my contraceptive pill but I'm guessing he would have told me if it would.

    Hi LadyJ,

    You're looking for medical advice. There is a strict policy not to give any medical advice on this board. You shouldn't rely on any medical advice taken from some randomer over the internet. You're best bet would be giving your GP a call. If their surgery is closed - they may have an out of hours service which could give you advice over the phone. Alternatively, you could ask your pharmacist when you go to get the medication. Or call back tomorrow (or phone them) if you have already gotten the medication. Best of luck.
