I recently got a new laptop and when I tried to connect to broadband I was asked for the security key or passphrase. What exactly is this?! Its not the same as the wireless key, I don't remember needing it when I set it up in the first place. Do I have to ring Perlico to get it or is it located somewhere on the hub?!

It should be the wireless key for your router I think.

What way do you normally connect to the internet? What way are you trying to connect now? Does your laptop support the encryption that your router is using (WEP/WPA/WPA2/etc)?
