Are Ryanair ok if u have panniers on the bike and bike is not dis-assembled or in a box?

Do panniers need to be checked in separate to bike or can they be attached to it?

    Thanks

They have to be separate. The bike will be treated as "sports equipment" and you'll need to book it on as such (and pay the appropriate fee of about €30) in advance. The panniers will be treated as regular luggage although to save money you could bring one on board with you as hand luggage.
