Joined a Gym

    Went for a trial last night and have to say i liked the place, They wanted €135 but got them down to €110 for 3 months as a student. Have an assement tuesday but i dont no where to start any advice. Done 15 min on the treadmill, 10 on the bike, 10 on the rower and 10 on the cross trainer.

    You need to decide what your goals are I think that would be the first step.

    Chairs, prob dont need to loose weight as im 19 and bout 10 stone......would probally need to gain some musscle etc but dont know how to go about it. Complete beginner

    Shorts, comfortable t-shirt and runners you can run in if you're planning on doing the treadmill, nothing worse than killing your legs and possibly injuring yourself by wearing terrible runners.

    Thanks for that, very true about the runners as i noticed it the last night
