    Anyone got any recommendations?

I want something that can answer the calls, obviously, and play the music on the iPhone.

I have a nokia c7-kw Bluetooth kit and a dice silverline with a brodit cradle from eBay charges plays directly through the car stereo and works perfectly as as a handsfree kit too.

I have attached a photo of the car kit and Nokia BT it's as neat a solution as you can get without replacing your hear unit with a non OEM one.

I've got a Double DIN Pioneer stereo with bluetooth handsfree and which allows for streaming audio from compatible devices (such as iPhone) so I can stream my iPhone audio through it. I've listened to internet radio in the car which is pretty cool. It also has iPod compatiblity so I can hook it up to the stereo via the USB cable directly. It also charges the phone and I can browse through my music in the iPhone directly on the stereo which is a nice touch.

It's the FH-P80BT. Great piece of kit. Bought it off some UK site, can't remember which but it's definitely available online.
