Does anyone know how to convert from FLAC to either AAC or another lossless format that the iPhone supports?

    Thanks

Not clear in your post but might as well say it, AAC is not a lossless format.

Anyhoo, what operating system are you using? I'd imagine that something like dbpoweramp for windows could do the job, on OSX there's software like Max or XLD that will also do the job for you.

Essentially what you are looking for is a FLAC to ALAC converter.

Good man I'm using vista/WM7 mix, I'll give DBpower amp a go, I used that years ago to convert all my music to Mp3 from WMA before microsoft supported it and included it with WMP.
    thanks for your help.
