Middle Distance training groups ?

    Hi everyone,

I am a 19yr old middle distance runner with a heavy focus on the track less so on the x country, My times last yr were quite good :

    400m: 52:67
    800m: 1:57
    1,500m: 4:01
    1 mile: 4:19

As regards cross country i have always been in the top 10 or fifteen in my age group. However of late, the motivation to train has not been there. I am a student in UCD, and would like any advice on middle distance training groups in south dublin who focus mainly on the 800m to 1500m.

cheers, look forward to reading the replies.

    Hey
I'm a triathlete so more focused towards 5/10km. Finished up in UCD this year but living in Rathfarnham, and would be happy to meet up for some quality training (particularly you ecoli if you are training in Tymon Park).
Post up when you are doing your sessions and ill try and make some.
    Niall
