    Just heard BOI in the IFSC are downsizing! Not sure if this means letting staff go or just relocating, so I'd hold off on buying any shares for a few days!

    Surely cost savings (reducing headcount) would mean proactive restructuring and potentially increased profitability and this would be a good thing . . . ?

    (note: I still think BOI is a POS but just trying to work out OP's logic . . .)
