    Hi Guys
    I was wondering if anybody knows of a handy program to extract jpeg images from a MP4 video file.
    Looked everywhere.......

    QuickMediaConverter will do that for you. Its free too!
    theres an option in the conversion section to 'Capture a Picture at ___seconds'
    so just make a note of the times and you should be sorted.

    VLC Player also does it and its free.

    Yes VLC player is best for this kind of purposes.

    No. Print screen wont work with video.
