    Hi OP,
    You could try Permanet, my brother uses them and he is out in the sticks and he finds them good.

    From looking at the permanet coverage map Ballywilliam (near Ballinvega) looks like a small bit of a black spot.

    I'm sure Permanet would send out an engineer to test the signal strength.
