    Hey,
just completed a tr1 form to register as self employed

I know I have to send it into the revenue but do I have to send anything along with it
    ID, proof of address anything??

Even a cover letter because it seems odd just popping in a form and posting it away. I take they'll know what I'm on about??

    -D

There's no harm in sending a cover letter quoting your pps number. make sure to keep a copy of the letter and form in case you need to ring up about it anytime,or if they ring you back with any queries etc. You don't need any other details, once they have your pps number that's enough for them.
