Finlux brand is now owned by Vestel, Beko's main rival. Doubt both coming from same factory? Both are Turkish though, so it's possible.

I've had several Beko products over the years (TV, hob, oven etc) and I've never had a problem with any of them. Can't say I've ever had one of their washing machines but if the rest of their product line is anything to go by I'd definitely recommend it.

If it was my choice I would go with the Beko, they have a distributor here and a very good service repair agent should you need service. Better the devil you know
