Travel Vaccinations for Thailand?

    Hi all,

I am travelling to (Southern) Thailand for a second time in July. I was last there in 2007 and THINK I got Hep A/B (2 of 3) / Typhoid / Tettanus / Yellow fever, as well as Malaria meds. I MAY have the exact shots wrong, as I cant remember exactly which ones I got for sure.

I am being quoted stupid money for "top-ups"/new courses/ etc etc, as well as the TMB trying to rope me in for another consultation.

Can anyone give me an idea on exactly what I need to have before going back?

Hiya,I think I had to get Rabies going to Thailand, though that's a few years ago, but as far as I remember that lasts like 10 years or something. I was saying to someone else in this forum that I went to a new clinic www.travelhealth.ie in dawson st, and the guy was really nice, cheaper than the most of the others that I'd looked up. I dont think you can get your jabs without a consultation to be honest, though before when I went for the 2nd of my 1st shot (rabies i think) I didnt have to pay the follow up consultation.
Not sure if that helps! WHoever gave you your first shots should be able to give you your record of what you actually got.

if I was going for a few weeks, i wouldn't bother to be honest, but do what you think is best, and will reassure you the most.
